MORA's website as well as this Google Maps listing shows set museum business hours every week. But in reality, this place functions more like a small gallery of a school, college, or private club: only open during set exhibitions & receptions thereof. Calling ahead or e-mailing for info may or may not help. It's really too bad that it's this way, since I think there is & would be a huge audience for Russian dissident art in north Jersey, the NYC metro area, & from all over the U.S. & planet Earth. Well, if you get here & it's closed, at least Jersey City is a very interesting place. That's what happened to me!

I've been coming here regularly for years. Great atmosphere, the exhibits are displayed excellently. Nice place to meet and talk with artists.

This is good cozy place. I went here for Math kangaroo test. There is merter parking on the street and you should be able to find parking on weekdays.

We came on working time (Saturday at 1pm). Info on website is still OPEN. In fact museum was closed. Give a call before go

I was amazed that it's open only for 4 hours every week. Anyway, I came this Saturday during its working hours, 14:30. However, it's not open!!! Are you still running?
